Innisfree White Tone Up Eye Serum Review

I’m forever in search of an eye cream that will get rid of my dark circles!

After getting low on my Mizon eye cream, I decided not to repurchase and to try something new. After doing a little research online I found the Innisfree White Tone Up Eye Serum recommended quite a bit.

This serum claims to be all about brightening and hydrating your eyes and that’s exactly what I need. In terms of how it does that, I didn’t find huge amount of information on the Innisfree website. It contains berry extracts to brighten the skin due to their antioxidant properties. But where it claims to moisturise the eye area it doesn’t actually highlight which ingredients help with that. It also claims to have “mineral micro pearls” to brighten the eye area. Never heard of those before but I sure was intrigued!

The serum

I bought it from my favourite trusty Ebay seller and as usual it came super quick.

I really do like the aesthetic of Innisfree. It strikes a fantastic balance between looking pretty and profressional. The pale colours and clean fonts really make it look like a brand you can trust.

This tube is 30ml and comes with a great little pump attached. Particularly when it comes to eye creams I much prefer a pump, as it’s so easy to use too much otherwise. One pump is the perfect amount to do both eyes. The pump itself sounds a bit squeaky and I’d worry if the tube was any bigger, would the pump break halfway through use?

This cost me around £11.50. Considering I’ve been using it for over two months and still have half left, this is a fantastic value product.

The results

It’s all very well and good saying that something is fantastic value, but does it actually work?

I wish I could say that my dark circles have all gone but sadly they obviously haven’t. I would say they have improved though. The eye area in general is brighter and I haven’t any fine lines or wrinkles start to appear. I would like a little more hydration around the eye area to help with my make up staying in place but that’s my only complaint. Overall I’m really happy with this.

I definitely will repurchase this (when it gets back in stock, it’s currently sold out) and give it another few months before potentially switching.

In fact I like this range so much, I’ve just added the white tone up toner into my routine.

Innisfree is slowly beginning to take over my skincare routine – if you have any great recommendations, please let me know in the comments below!
